Your pre-sale purchase is 100% refundable if the renovation is not completed. All other purchases are non-refundable. If renovation is delayed, your booking shifts to the earliest available dates and your founding rate remains locked in. Date changes for stay packages are permitted with 60+ days notice; one free change per booking.

Founding members will receive priority access to the 2027 calendar before it opens to the public. We'll email you when the booking window opens (estimated Winter 2027). Dates are first-come, first-served within each tier — Founders Access members book first.

Yes. You can stack a Founder tier with any stay package, or buy multiple stays. Tier 3 packages (Estate Year, Estate Decade, Founding Patron) are limited and may sell out — check the indicator on each card.

Stay packages (Estate Weekend, Hill Country Weekend, Reset, Estate Week, Estate Year, Estate Decade, Founding Patron) include exclusive use of the full estate (sleeps 24), all amenities (sauna, cold plunge, gym, pool, waterfront dock), and all equipment (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards). Founder tier packages (Founder, Founder+, Founder Patron) include stay credit redeemable against any future booking plus founder benefits. No package includes food, beverages, or off-property excursions.

No. This is a pre-sale of discounted stays, not an investment. You are purchasing future accommodations at below-market rates. There is no equity, ownership, or financial return involved — just an incredible deal on a stay you'd pay significantly more for in 2027.

Hill Country Wellness Estate is located in Martindale, Texas, on the San Marcos River — approximately 45 minutes from downtown Austin and 10 minutes from San Marcos. Close enough for a quick getaway, far enough to feel completely removed. The full address and directions will be provided to booked guests closer to their stay date.

Yes. Founding member nights are transferable. You can gift them or allow someone else to use your reservation.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. You pay for your nights upfront at the discounted rate. This secures your founding member status and locks in your pricing.

Reservations are non-refundable. The only exception is if the renovation is not completed — in that case, you will receive a full 100% refund. Once the property is ready and your stay is confirmed, all sales are final.

Each package includes one complimentary date change, provided you notify us at least 60 days before your originally booked stay. After your free change, a $250 rebooking fee applies per change, subject to availability. No date changes are permitted within 30 days of a confirmed stay.

All pre-sale packages must be booked and used within the 2027 calendar year. If you haven't selected dates by October 31, 2027, we'll reach out to help you schedule. Unused nights do not automatically roll over into 2028, but you may transfer your package to another guest at any time before your stay. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from booking, contact us — we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution, which may include a partial credit toward a 2028 stay.
